What if the water temperature of the electric forklift is too high?

The water temperature mainly depends on whether the thermostat works normally, whether the water pump can supply sufficient pressure, and whether the speed of the cooling fan reaches the standard.
So, how to check the thermostat? During the startup of the cooler of the electric forklift engine, there will be a significant temperature difference when touching the water pipe with your hand, and the temperature difference will be significantly reduced after a period of operation. When the engine reaches the normal operating temperature, there is no obvious temperature difference. The electric forklift manufacturer told us that the accurate judgment method is to remove the thermostat, put it into water, gradually heat it, and check the valve opening temperature and valve lift.
When checking the pump of the electric forklift, it is mainly to see whether the pump can supply enough pressure. When adding cooling water, if the coolant level drops significantly with the increase of engine speed, it indicates that the water pump works normally. On the contrary, it may mean that the pump and impeller are loose and the cooling water cannot circulate. Then check the cooling fan. Press the middle of the belt 11-13mm with your fingers. When checking the air volume, place a thin paper in front of the cooling water tank. The electric forklift manufacturer reminds that when the engine is running, the paper cannot be stuck on the water tank, and the fan blade cannot be installed reversely, so that the fan shield is complete and effective.
The radiator at the rear of the electric forklift should also be checked. If the dust and impurities on the surface are not cleaned in time, the heat dissipation effect will be seriously affected. However, it is important not to use a high-pressure water gun because the tube wall of the radiator is very thin. High pressure cleaning will blunt the tube wall and affect the heat dissipation.
