Summary of Electric Forklift Manufacturers on the Problems of Electric Forklift

 self loading stacker

1. The requirements of electric forklift manufacturers for the assembly of threaded connections for self loading stacker are:
(1) The assembled threads must meet the specified technical requirements. There should be no significant damage to the thread, no bending deformation of the screw, and the fitting quality of the threaded part should be able to be twisted by hand without looseness in a free state; After tightening the thread, the lower plane of its head (or nut) should have good contact with the connected workpiece;
(2) After tightening the bolt and nut, the bolt should expose 2-4 threads of the nut, and should not expose too long or too short (this should be noted when replacing the bolt);
(3) The components connected by group threads should have uniform contact, good fit, and uniform stress. When tightening for this purpose, it should be done in sequence (such as tightening the nuts of the wheels);
(4) The manufacturer of electric forklifts stipulates that locking measures must be taken for nut connections of self loading stacker that work under vibration conditions to prevent loosening and ensure safe mechanical operation;

(5) Tighten according to the prescribed pre tightening force. Important threaded connections that bear dynamic loads generally have a pre tightening force specified, and should be tightened strictly according to the specified pre tightening force during assembly. If there is no clear provision for the pre tightening force of threaded connections, the maximum allowable torque value listed in Table 6-2 shall not be exceeded.
2. Electric forklift manufacturers' anti loosening methods for self loading stacker nuts after connection:
(1) Spring washer. This method should only be used for preventing loosening of nuts outside the machinery. Spring washers should have elastic force, and generally require the displacement of the two opposite faces at the opening in a free state, not less than 1/2 of the washer thickness; After the nut is tightened, the entire circumference of the spring washer closely fits with the end face of the nut and the supporting surface of the component;
(2) Lock with double nuts. After tightening the nut according to normal conditions, tighten a thin nut onto it; Simultaneously use two wrenches to tighten the thin nut relative to the original nut to a torque not less than that of the thread;
(3) Important nut connections are commonly locked with cotter pins, thrust washers, and safety plates;
(4) Interlock with steel wires. Paired and grouped fixing screws can be interlocked by threading steel wires through the holes in the screw heads;
(5) Part of the threaded links of self loading stacker are fixed with fastening adhesive. Manufacturers of electric forklifts recommend using fastening adhesive to prevent loosening of threaded connections and stud bolts that are not frequently disassembled.
